Satir Change Process Model

I created this page to store some links related to this topic.

Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs - start at the bottom for the most fundamental human needs and work your way up to (dramatic pause) self-actualization. Why bother? Well, one idea: people strive to fill these needs and once they're met, they move on to another need.

Wikipedia summary on Virginia Satir - quick overview of her life, with very little on her “Change Process Model”

Change Management Article - one guy's take on applying the Satir Change Process Model in businesses and organizations. He also talks about the “hierarchy of needs” (see above).

Satir Change Model article - a consultant's (Steven Smith) take on applying Satir to hi-tech organizations

Google's Android Developer Challenge - write an app using Google's new SDK for mobile devices. No, this has nothing to do with Satir, but it's cool.
