Change the page title here
Select the "Background" tab, you'll see:
- Background picture - to use an image file as a background for your
page (like this one)
- Enable Rollover - fancier selection of font/color of hyperlinks
- Colors - set the color of the background, font and hyperlink fonts
Other tabs (Margins, Custom and Language) are more obscure
