Some Midseason UFFL 2K Stats

Now that I have stats up and working (knock on wood), here's some mid-season stats and anal-ysis.

Here's the best "starting lineup" (QB, WR, RB, 3 more position players, K, D, and C) after week 8...

A couple observations...

All the high Indy (Manning, Edgy, Harrison) and St Louis (Warner, Faulk, Bruce) picks have worked out. FYI, Peyton Manning is the third best QB with 76 points.
At this point, who has the "steal of the draft." I'd call it a tie between Maryland's choice of Terrell Owens in the 4th round, and Bolingbrook's selection of Dante Culpepper in the 5th round. Culpepper is second in the league in scoring with 89 points. Of course, with Warner out now, Culpepper should take the league lead in scoring. If Tim picked the league MVP in the 5th round, that's pretty awesome.

Let's revisit the first round of the draft:

So, three first-round picks stand out in their badness...

Minooka (0-8) is the worst team in the league and are saddled, like the Jags, with buster Fred Taylor.
Rockford (1-7) sucks too and Terrell Davis has been a complete wash. Rockford has seen some production out of Terrell's backup Mike Anderson. The handsome Mr. Anderson has 32 points and is the woeful Humpers leading position player.
Orland Park (5-3) has survived Dorsey Leven's woes and pickedup some of the slack with his backup Ahman Green (who has 12 points).
